Ballet is art in motion and music brought to life!
Beautiful Balance Ballet follows high standards of modesty, and we ask that all dancers adhere to our studio dress code.
Wearing proper ballet clothing:
1) Helps put dancers in the correct mindset for learning.
2) Allows freedom of movement for the dancers.
3) Allows instructors to verify correct posture and safe alignment.
4) Helps with focus and structure.
Ballet requires discipline, and adherence to a dress code helps dancers understand the importance of following simple rules.
The dress code also promotes class unity and a sense of belonging.

Ballet provides incredible opportunities to train the body, educate the mind, and enlarge the soul, and we believe that dancing should be a JOYFUL experience!
In our studio we emphasize modesty in costuming and movement, we dance to wholesome and uplifting music, and we strive to help the dancers feel confident and successful in their efforts.
Our curriculum is not focused on competition, but rather promotes the steady progress of each individual student, the practice of proper form and technique, and the development of expressive artistry.
Classes are assigned based on age and ability, and class placement is at the discretion of the instructor. Pointe training is offered for dancers who are at least 13 years old, have completed a pre-pointe syllabus, and have the strength and readiness needed for pointe work.
We hope that our studio is a welcoming place where dancers can find joy in music, in movement, and in themselves!
Our sprung wood subfloor with a Harlequin Marley overlay provides a safe environment for our dancers to practice and learn.
